Quality assurance operates independently of manufacturing and holds sole release authority. No lot ships without QA signature, and no commercial or scheduling pressure overrides that. Every product is made to one standard regardless of destination market.

Covers bribery and facilitation payments, conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, fair dealing with suppliers and competitors, and accurate record-keeping. Applies to employees, directors, contractors and agents acting on our behalf.

Prohibits offering or accepting anything of value to improperly influence a decision, including through third-party agents. Facilitation payments are not permitted, and no employee will be penalised for refusing to make one or for a resulting delay.

Commits the business to operating within consent limits, reporting incidents accurately, and giving every employee the authority to stop an unsafe operation without needing permission. See the EHS page for how this is implemented.

Customer technical information is firewalled from internal product development. Personal data is processed only for stated purposes and retained only as long as required.

Provides a confidential route to raise concerns about safety, quality, financial impropriety or conduct, with a stated prohibition on retaliation and a named recipient outside the normal reporting line.

Sets expectations for raw material and service suppliers on labour practices, environmental compliance, anti-corruption and the right to audit. Applies as a condition of approved supplier status.
