Knowledge Centre
Where we write down what we have learned, so it survives the person who learned it.
Manufacturing organisations lose more to forgotten knowledge than to anything else. A chemist who spent two years learning why a crystallisation fails in humid weather leaves, and eighteen months later the same batch fails for the same reason.
The Knowledge Centre is our attempt to stop doing that.
What it covers
Process knowledge base
Every product has a living technical file: why the route is the way it is, what was tried and rejected, and the failure modes seen at scale.
Operator training
Structured qualification for plant operators against the specific processes they run, with reassessment rather than a one-time sign-off.
Deviation learning
Investigations are read across all products, not just closed out on the one where the problem appeared.
Technical development
Internal seminars and external training for chemists and engineers on process safety, regulatory expectations and analytical technique.
Applied research
Longer-horizon work on flow chemistry, catalysis and continuous processing that is not tied to a specific customer programme.
Academic collaboration
Project work with chemistry and chemical engineering departments, including internships that we treat as a recruitment pipeline.
Researchers and students
We take a small number of interns and project students each year in process chemistry and analytical development.
