Only what you type into our enquiry and quotation forms: your name, company, email address, telephone number, the product you are asking about and any message you write. We also collect standard server logs including IP address and browser type.

To respond to your enquiry and, if it becomes a commercial relationship, to administer it. We do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted. Records relating to an actual commercial relationship are retained for as long as required by tax and pharmaceutical record-keeping obligations.

Our email and hosting providers process it on our behalf under contract. We disclose personal data to anyone else only where legally required.
